Join Lara for an hour of Mindful Movement, including

• Qigong warm-up (circling the joint, cat stretch, monkeys joy)
• Various belly breathing exercises
• Awareness of the feet connecting with the spine
• Standing Qigong, scanning the body, introducing the sinking of chi (heaven to heart)
• Steps to cloud hands
• 1st swing of the energy gates
• To close, a few minutes of sitting meditation
