About 60 minutes of sadhana practice suitable for anyone seeking liberation through wisdom compassion and non-clinging-awareness. Previous experience is not required.
This will be followed by a “cuppa”. Feel free to bring something edible to share. Try your hand at making an espresso! All are welcome.
