Beyond Hope and Fear

22nd – 25th February, 2024

Human consciousness is a powerful, creative tool. Liberation teachings train willing humans to understand, purify and develop their minds — to experience well-being and strength as we meet our collective future.

Opening to this challenge begins with conceptual understanding, combined with direct, personal experience. How do these cunning minds of ours work? What powers do they have to free us from blind belief and lack of personal agency? How can we apply them skilfully in our daily lives?

We have to start somewhere. How about here, and now? Fresh insight, creative exploration and a healthy dose of good humour?
