Sadhana, literally “means of accomplishment”, is a profound practice in Tibetan Buddhism involving the visualisation of oneself as a Buddha or yidam.
For this practice, we will use a very accessible version of the text, composed by Tarchin Hearn, one of our Principal Teachers. The text is available here. Please bring your own copy if you can, though we will have some copies available at the centre.
This practice will be lead by Annette Macalister and is open to all. You do not need to have received an empowerment to attend this practice. The practices will not be streamed.
The practice will generally be scheduled on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm), to fit around classes offered by Grant Rix. Dates currently scheduled are:
- Tuesday, 7th January, 2025
- Tuesday, 14th January, 2025
- Tuesday, 21st January, 2025
