Bodhicitta – The Heart of Awakening
with Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche
4 – 7 September, Queenstown Dharma Centre
“The most beautiful and noble aspiration in life is to turn the mind and heart toward complete awakening, complete understanding of the underlying truths of existence in order to benefit all sentient beings. A wish to develop kindness and compassion for all life. In Buddhism this is called Bodhicitta.
In this series of talks, Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche will explore the different levels of Bodhicitta, the different methods to develop it and how to guard it in the face of life’s ups and downs.
Rinpoche is in New Zealand for a short time and these classes will be the only opportunities this year to study with him this central teaching of the Buddha.”
