The object of these sessions is to enable newcomers to meditation and experienced practitioners alike to enhance their comfort and the benefits arising from their practice with postures specifically tailored for them.
Loris Mills (Queenstown Yoga Studio) has kindly agreed to teach regular sessions on this topic, roughly every 6 weeks. Loris has decades of teaching behind her and many people have benefited from her knowledge.
There is no entry charge but dana in support of the Centre would be gratefully accepted.
