Our resident teacher, Grant Rix, will be teaching four courses throughout 2024, summarised in the table below. Details of each course follow the table.

Course 1: Mindful Beginnings: Exploring Foundations of Awareness

Embark on a transformative exploration with “Mindful Beginnings,” the first instalment of our Year-Long Mindfulness Programme. This 6-week introductory course is designed to introduce participants to the transformative practices of mindfulness. Join us on Tuesdays, from February 13 to March 19, starting at 6:30 pm. Whether you’re a beginner or seeking to deepen your mindfulness practice, all are welcome to join individual classes or the entire course.

Delve into Buddhist principles and practices, focusing on the path of mindfulness for cultivating wisdom and compassion. Join us on Tuesdays, from April 30 to June 18, starting at 6:30 pm. Whether you’re continuing from the first course or joining for the first time, all are welcome to attend individual classes or the entire course.

Course 3: Discovering Buddha Dharma

Join us on Tuesdays, from July 30 to September 24, starting at 6:30 pm. Whether you’re new to Buddhism or seeking a deeper understanding, all are welcome to join individual classes or the entire course.
