Sadhana of Buddha Amitabha

Sadhana, literally “means of accomplishment”, is a profound practice in Tibetan Buddhism involving the visualisation of oneself as a Buddha or yidam.

For this practice, we will use a very accessible version of the text, composed by Tarchin Hearn, one of our Principal Teachers. The text is available here, and an excellent accompanying book, “The Unbroken Wholeness of Sublime Understanding and Love” is available here.

This practice follows on from the teachings and empowerment given by Tarchin last year. However, you do not need to have attended those teachings or to have received the empowerment to attend this practice.
