For those students who would like to dive deeper into Lama Mark’s treasured teachings on the Heart Sutra, we are forming a Heart Sutra Study Group. We will use the teachings and practices to further our realisation of Emptiness over the next three months. The Group will learn particularly through meditation and sharing learnings. We encourage those who join the Group to attend the weekly classes, practice at home, and bring insights back to the Group.
