Alan Macalister, one of our Resident Teachers, will be teaching on Wednesday evenings, 17th & 24th May at 6:30 – 7:45 pm.

Within the practice of Buddha Dharma are the essential practices of the Three Prajnas (Wisdoms) hearing, contemplating and meditating.
After hearing a teaching, even very clearly, we may be inclined to think that the essence has been grasped. However that will probably elude us unless we also subsequently contemplate and meditate upon what we have heard.
In these two sessions with guided contemplations and meditation we will explore the interconnectedness of all phenomena and then move beyond that to experience its reality and more….
All those with inquiring minds are welcome!
