We have the pleasure to announce that Lama Mark will give video conference classes from Canada every Wednesday and Saturday for the next coming weeks.

The practice of removing fear around illness, loss and dying is most relevant during this pandemic. Over the coming weeks, Lama Mark will cover many topics of Dharma, meditation, great compassion, and retreat.

The first class will be given this Saturday, March 28th via Zoom Video Conferencing at 12pm (noon) NZ time. After NZ clocks change on April 5, the classes will be at 11am.
