Alan has very kindly offered to provide the following weekly teachings: Starting 19-Oct, Thursday evening’s practice will be “So Who do you Think You Are?“. Starting 22-Oct, Sunday morning’s practice will be “The Heart of Awakening“. This replaces Sunday Sadhana, and will be followed by Sunday Social.
