Sat, 7 & Sun, 8: 10:00 am & 2:30 pm
Mon, 9 to Thu, 12: 7:00 pm
Fri, 13: no class
Sat, 14 & Sun, 15: 10:00 am (the 2:30 pm classes on these days have been cancelled)
Sun 15: 4:00 pm (slide show from Tarchin & Mary’s trip to Brazil, free, accompanied by tea/coffee and snacks brought to share)

Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. A poster is available.

$5 / session. Donations (dana) for the teacher gratefully accepted.

Tarchin Hearn has at times described himself as a “yogi of the natural world”. For nearly 50 years he has been immersed in various traditions of Buddhist philosophy and practice, blending them with interests in life sciences and ecology. Today he is a widely respected teacher and practitioner of Contemplative Science, Natural Awakening and the way of Mahāmudrā.
